Are shipping costs within Germany and the EU free at Hejschmuck?

At Hejschmuck it is important to us that you enjoy a convenient shopping experience. That is why we offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 30 EUR and within the EU for orders over 80 EUR. Here is an overview table of shipping methods, delivery times and costs:

Does Hejschmuck also offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping within Germany and the entire EU.

 

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We attach great importance to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly and safely. The average delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days plus processing time. For shipping to the EU, the delivery time is usually between 5 and 10 working days.

 

Which shipping service providers does Hejschmuck use to send the jewelry?

We usually ship our jewelry with DHL or Deutsche Post, including tracking.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, please use the link in the order confirmation email.

 

Can items be returned?

We want to make sure that your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you are welcome to return them to us.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods (subject to availability) and provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

 

Are there any special conditions to be observed if I want to return something?

Please note that earrings, ear cuffs or piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This also applies to all other pieces of jewelry that have already been worn. If they show signs of wear, we unfortunately cannot take them back.

 

How does the return work?

First click here to follow the next steps.

1. Enter your email address in the *Email* field and then click *Next*.

2. Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.

3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order you want to send the return for. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

3. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.

5. Click on *Request return*. If your return request has been approved, you can prepare the goods for shipping. Since we cannot yet cover the return costs, we ask you to drop off the package at a parcel shop of your choice. Please enter the following address as the recipient:

Are returns free of charge?

You must bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
